Why we started
Large social events and dinners are fun - but making genuine connections and building up a community through them are hard. Unless you’re a pro at that sort of thing (which if you are - AMAZING!).
For those of us who love the smaller vibes, we curate intentional smaller dinners and events that encourage genuine relationship and community building over something that you have in common and then take the awkward “want to exchange numbers"?” out of it.
All you have to do is show up and be prepared to leave with genuine connections and community in your city.
Smaller events and dinners
With a max of 10 people per event - we make sure each event stays small enough to build authentic connections and have deeper (er) conversations but large enough to meet new people!
Curated topics
Each event centers around a common topic/interest/activity so there’s no awkward standing around, making small talk and wondering “what do I say next”. We also believe this fosters more authentic connections and friendships when you have things in common right away.
Automatic group chats
We put everyone in a groupchat right after the event so you have everyones number without having to wish you asked for it. You can always opt-out of this but we find this helps continue building community even after the event is over! Your own litle cohort.
